What’s included in our bond clean

Our bond clean covers every part of the property. We work through a detailed checklist on every job. Nothing gets skipped.

Kitchen

We clean the oven, cooktop, and rangehood, including grease traps and drip trays. Benchtops, splashbacks, and the sink are wiped down and sanitised. We clean the inside and outside of all cupboards and drawers. The dishwasher interior is wiped out if there is one.

Bathrooms and laundry

Shower screens, tiles, and grout are scrubbed and cleaned. Toilets, vanities, and taps are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. We clean exhaust fans, towel rails, and light fittings. The laundry area gets the same thorough treatment as the bathrooms.

Bedrooms and living areas

All floors are vacuumed and mopped throughout the property. Skirting boards, door frames, and light switches are wiped clean. Wardrobe interiors, shelves, and hanging rails are cleaned inside. Window sills and tracks are cleared of dust and grime.

Windows

We clean interior window glass throughout the whole property. Exterior windows are available as an add-on. Let us know when you book if you need them done.

Carpets

Professional steam cleaning is available as an add-on service. Many leases require it as a condition of exit. Check your lease before you book and we’ll include it in your quote.

How much does bond cleaning cost in Sydney?

The cost depends on the size of your property. A one-bedroom flat costs less than a three or four-bedroom house. Add-ons like carpet steam cleaning and exterior windows also affect the price. What is included in a bond clean?

Carpet steam cleaning and exterior windows are available as paid add-ons. We bring all equipment and products. You don’t need to supply anything.

Do I need to be present for the clean?

No. Most of our customers drop off the key and collect it later. As long as we can access the property, you don’t need to be there. We’ll contact you when the job is complete. If you’d prefer to be home during the clean, that’s fine too.

What happens if I fail the inspection?

Call us within 72 hours of the inspection. Tell us what your property manager flagged. We’ll send a cleaner back to address those specific areas at no charge. Our bond-back guarantee covers re-cleans at no extra cost. We don’t dispute reasonable requests from agents.

How long does a bond clean take?

It depends on the size and condition of the property. A one-bedroom flat typically takes three to four hours. A three-bedroom house can take six to eight hours or more. We’ll give you an estimated timeframe when you book. If the property is in poor condition, we’ll let you know upfront if extra time is needed.
